Kamigumi subsidiary Kamigumi USA opens Savannah Office

Kamigumi USA Inc. (headquarters: Texas, United States of America; "Kamigumi USA" hereinafter), a local subsidiary of Kamigumi Co., Ltd. ("Kamigumi" hereinafter) in the US, has opened an office in Savannah, Georgia, the Savannah Office.
Kamigumi USA has established a strong track record and significant expertise in fields ranging from freight forwarding to the transport and installation of large-scale machinery, centered on Japan-affiliated customers located in the US states of Texas and California, as well as cross-border transport between the US and Mexico in cooperation with Mexican local subsidiary Kamigumi Mexico S.A. de C.V.
The Port of Savannah, Georgia, in the southeastern US boasts the third largest cargo volume in the country. Opening an office in this area will enable us to offer new services in the area, establish a base for receiving new orders, and provide finely tuned services to existing customers. The office will also support future growth in Kamigumi USA's businesses in the US by expanding the range of services provided and better meeting customer needs.
Through active investment in growth businesses, Kamigumi will continue to work toward "establishing global businesses as a revenue base," one of the basic principles in the Medium-Term Management Plan.
