Kamigumi formulated the Kamigumi Group Human Rights Policy

Kamigumi Co., Ltd. ("Kamigumi" hereinafter) recognizes that respect for human rights is a social responsibility that a company must fulfill, and has thus formulated the Kamigumi Group Human Rights Policy in order to clearly demonstrate its commitment to fulfilling this responsibility.

This policy is based on Kamigumi's Philosophy, which states "By keeping up with the times and carefully responding to the demands of an ever-changing business environment, we take on challenges that are one step ahead of present-day needs. As a result, we strive to enhance our corporate value and the stability of our management, ultimately contributing to the realization of an affluent society." This policy establishes practical guidelines for actions that the Group should take to embody its support and respect for international codes of conduct on human rights, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Moving forward, based on this policy, the Kamigumi Group will fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and contribute to the realization of an affluent society by respecting the human rights of all stakeholders the Group will be involved with through its business activities.
