Kamigumi Set to Construct Logistics Center at the Port of Kobe

Kamigumi Co., Ltd. finalized plans to construct a new logistics center on 12,000 m² of land located in the 2^nd stage area of Port Island leased from the City of Kobe.

This facility will be used for retail goods sorting, distribution processing, store deliveries and overseas exports, all under the same roof.

We will continue to expand "Kamigumi-Designed Logistics" tailored to various logistics needs in an effort to create and drive cargo traffic and strengthen the competitiveness of the Port of Kobe, which marked its 150th anniversary since opening to the world.

Structure: Steel reinforced structure, 3 stories high

Total floor area: 20,829 m²

Start of construction: April 1, 2017

Scheduled completion: End of March 2018
