Long-term vision 2035 (the desired long-term state)
Recognizing that undertaking transformation from a long-term perspective is essential to ensuring business continuity, we have formulated our "Long-Term Vision 2035" based on our "Purpose ."
Our vision for 2035 is to be "a comprehensive logistics company that designs the future of logistics in Japan and around the world, " and our financial target is "consolidated operating revenue of 450 billion yen ."

Roadmap towards Long-Term Vision 2035
To realize our "Long-Term Vision 2035," we formulated a roadmap using a backcasting approach and compiled the "Medium-Term Management Plan 2030" as a set of measures for the first five years.
Under this plan, we will promote proactive investment in growth businesses through structural reforms that strengthen our management base and core businesses, thereby improving growth potential and return on capital.

We aim to achieve consolidated operating revenue of 350 billion yen in the fiscal year ending March 2030, which is the final year of our medium-term management plan 2030.Furthermore, we aim for consolidated operating revenue of 450 billion yen by the fiscal year ending March 2035.

Medium-Term Management Plan 2030
With the aim of realizing our " Long-Term Vision 2035 ," we have formulated a new five-year plan, " Medium-Term Management Plan 2030, " with the fiscal year ending March 2030 as the final year.
Based on the following six fundamental principles, this plan aims to leverage the cash-generating capabilities of our core businesses, promote structural reforms and aggressive investment in growth businesses, and improve growth and capital return.

Financial targets for the fiscal year ending March 2030
Starting with increased operating revenue through aggressive investment, we aim to expand operating profit and improve ROE.Furthermore, we will continue to actively return profits to shareholders and utilize debt to improve capital return.
