Return policy
Our basic policy is to continue providing stable profit returns while considering the optimal capital structure and aiming for sustainable improvement of corporate value, and while taking into account the level of equity capital required for growth investments aimed at expanding profits and strengthening the corporate foundation. Profit returns will be based on dividends using the consolidated dividend payout ratio as the basis, and we will also take appropriate measures such as share buybacks while considering the cash flow situation and capital efficiency.Furthermore, in our "Medium-Term Management Plan 2030" (final year: fiscal year ending March 2030), we will pursue a stable and sustainable increase in dividends per share through profit growth, implement stock dividends with a target consolidated dividend payout ratio of 70%, and conduct share buybacks totaling approximately 65 billion yen from the perspective of improving capital profitability.
