The Company discloses information to visitors to its website in accordance with this disclosure policy, with the aim of increasing shareholder value by enabling shareholders and other stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the Company through timely and appropriate disclosure, and by regularly reflecting market evaluations of the Company in its management through dialogue with the market.

We disclose information in accordance with the timely disclosure rules set forth by the stock exchanges on which our stocks are listed.In addition, if information regarding decisions, occurrences, or financial results that are deemed to have a significant impact on investment decisions becomes available, we will voluntarily disclose information that does not fall under the timely disclosure rules.

Disclosure of important information stipulated in the timely disclosure rules established by the stock exchanges on which the company is listed is made public through the "TDnet system" provided by the stock exchanges in question, in accordance with those rules. It is our policy to promptly post information made public through the "TDnet system" on this website as well.
Furthermore, even when disclosing information that does not fall under the category of important information as defined by the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will endeavor to make the information publicly available promptly and fairly through this website.

In order to prevent the leaking of information that could affect our stock price while we are preparing financial information materials, we observe a "quiet period" of approximately three to four weeks prior to the announcement of our financial results, during which we refrain from commenting or answering questions regarding our financial results. However, if there is a prospect of a significant deviation from our forecast during this "quiet period," we will make an appropriate announcement in accordance with disclosure regulations.
